WARNING!
After you finished with the synchronization of the signal subscription to the MQL5 VPS, DO NOT TICK AGAIN the: Enable realtime signal subscription option in your local computer’s MT4 platform, because that way you will copy the signal twice and this is extremely dangerous !!!
When you use a MQL5 VPS in order to copy a signal, you IGNORE the MT4 Journal tab, down in the terminal window and you only check the MQL5 VPS (right click) Journals, for useful information about your smooth signal copying.
So after the synchronization of your signal subscription with your MQL5 VPS, the MT4 >> Tools >> Options >> Signals, tab must look like below:
Looks like VPS is down, please check. Can you please let me know whom I need to contact?

whom should I reach for support, I have paid subscription for VPS but I dont see any response.
It is the weekend for now so some services are on maintenance.
You should check on Monday (the day after tomorrow).
And make sure that you migrated/synchronized everything and that you did everything according to the following:

If something is wrong on Monday (in case you provided migration/synchronization in correct way with correct EAs and so on) - you can write to the service desk (on Monday) asking them to change MQL5 VPS server for example:

whom should I reach for support, I have paid subscription for VPS but I dont see any response.
Contact the Service Desk and ask for a 'Change of Server', then migrate again to the new MQL5 VP(S) server.

I have moved VPS server from one MT4 account to other today and tried starting it, its not working.
