System generated arrow and trend line objects.

Is there any way how to suppress drawing of the order open/close arrows and order close trend lines which are generated by the system?
 
What the system? Do You mean tester?

Insert in the deinit function objects deleting. This is only one way

I do not mean Test.
When you open order the mt4 displays right arrow and a horizontal line indicating an open order. When this order closes mt4 displays left arrow and dotted line between Open Price and Close Price.

I would like to suppers generation of these symbols.

Just remove color parameter (last parameter) in your trading functions calls
