It is not possible to use ".ex4" with MetaTrader 5. Without source code, it is not possible to convert to MQL5.
Contact the author of the EA and ask if they can offer the MT5 version or the original source code.

I need use of replay mode on MT4
actually I have costumized ATR indicator that shows only live result and I need replay bars and use it in the past
Soft4FX is very useful but using it continuously is very time consuming for me
and strategy tester in MT4 is not useful for me
I need somthing like trading view replay mode just for my ATR indicator
In the other hand is it possible to find my indicator code for use it on simple ATR?
