how to display a 4h chart in a 1h chart's sub-window, then we can use mt4 as a market replayer!

I know some multi timeframe indicators works this way in the strategy tester. So we can use the MT4 as a trading simulator,I mean the market replayer.
Generally, we can the "strategy tester" to replay the market. but during that, we can't change the timeframe. it's so so bad.
Can we just write a multi timeframe indicator to show the 4h Candlesticks (k bar) in the sub-window of a 1h chart ? and the 4h candlestick need to update its close price during the test. ( I know the multi timeframe indicator can change its current value during the test.)
who can write this kind of indicator???? it's very helpful for us to study the markets!!!!
