I set up GBPUSD, EUROUSD and 2 more FOREX and loaded 2 EAs. Its now more than 12 hrs, the Cap is indicating Green, but so far it has not started trading.

Check the MQL5 VPS (right click) >> Journal to see that everything runs normally.

 
It's not allowing me to load more than 4 chart's

You are doing something wrong, MQL5 VPS allows up to 32 EAs and charts to be migrated in a paid subscription and up to 16 in the free minutes.

 
I'll check again. My Algo is running. Should I stop before I load other charts. Is my balance amount connected in adding more charts
