No option to download the indicator to my computer and then place in the data folder

MQL5 purchases don't work with placing files into your data folder.
Search for the indicator in the MT5 terminal search on the top right corner and then install it below in the Market window that appears.
Make sure you are logged into your MQL5 account in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab.
