Rented an indicator but want payment again!
I rented an indicator which is good until January next year, yet i had to reinstall windows and now when i go to "install on the terminal", it redirects to the terminal and asks for payment. What do in do? Cheers all
- I just rented an indicator,but in the payment tab, it says locked operation and whenever I try to install it to my terminal, I do not see any indicator please assist me

Make sure that you are logged into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your demonfire24 login (if that's the MQL5 account you used to purchase the indicator in the first place) and try installing your purchase again.
I'm logged in and it takes me to the purchase page. It only says i'm rented on the MQL5 web browser and not on the terminal. I'm so confused
Never mind, i clicked rent again and it just installed. Appreciate the help
