I signed up for VPS and my Debit Card got hacked

I'm somewhat new to Metatrader. I subscribed to a signal provider and then signed up to the VPS, but I immediately got a fraud alert on my debit card. Is the VPS plan secure, or can I use an alternative somewhere else?

What do you mean fraud alert?

 
My bank partners with Shazam for their debit cards. They send me text alerts on my phone whenever there's suspicious activity. I got an alert immediately after I signed up for the VPS, then I cancelled the card as a precaution.
 
I get these alerts that my card is used for amounts that I charged. It's just a safety feature, if you know it was you performing the transaction, why would you want to cancel the card?
