Not connected to signal provider

Can anyone help me. I have subscribed to a signal since 2 days ago, but until now it has not been copied to my MT4, even though the signal source has opened trades twice.

Symptoms like yours are usually like this. The broker you buy the signal from, it executes orders very quickly, without slippage. and your broker is slow to execute orders, and when the order is entered, the price will slip, so it will not be able to copy the signal from the broker you bought. I have also witnessed the same phenomenon as yours, but the cause is like I said above, there may be other causes that I don't know leading to your problem.
