As far as I know - telegram does not work for the code to receive (if you are talking about this MQL5 internet portal).
The sms on phone works only.

i had a similar issue with my phone number, contacting my phone company didnt help, i ended up using a free sms service to get the text message, when i signed up and applied for the code, it came within seconds. i am able to withdraw now, also contacting customer support did not help as i did not receive a reply from them at all.

this may not be the best option if you are doing other things with the accunt, im just providing cloud agents and needed to sms verify to withdraw the cloud payments.

MQL5's pathetic choice of SMS providers is a complete joke - they can't even handle basic verification texts while literally every other website manages just fine. What's even more laughable is their dev team's incompetence - they can't even code a simple Telegram bot for OTP delivery, something any halfway decent freelancer could knock out in 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous that a platform of MQL5's size can't figure out what amateurs do in their sleep. It's embarrassing how they've managed to fail at such a basic feature that's industry standard everywhere else.

Most of the time the reason for not receiving these messages is the inability of a phone provider to receive internations SMS messages and the proof is that most of the users are receiving these SMS messages smoothly.

Blaming everyone and using such a language will not help...
