Calendar Saving Settings on MT5

On MT5: Is there a way to save the settings (ie Priority, Currency, Country) of the Calendar?

When I reopen MT5 it goes back to the default, and saving Profiles does not work...

Not possible on MT5? Possible development request?

I checked the above before my question but no solution is provided to the issue. Hence my new ticket to the general forum.

Is it possible to raise a development request for this? I checked  Service Desk -  and "how to submit a request" but it says

I should do it in the forum(!?) . --> how exactly then?

So pressing "New Request" button DOES NOT provide a link to new development request...(just a chat box with predefined options).

So HOW can I submit a new development request on MT5? thank you for any input.
