unable to install anything from mql5 market

Guys,

i just purchased an indicator in the market,

when trying to install in mt4 it says " installation is failed"

tried to download Demo of some other indicators..."installation is failed"

tried downloading something in mt5 terminal...."installation is failed"

Unable to install anything from my MQL5 account it seems..neither into mt4 or mt5 ...

any suggestion or advice from anyone....(i am sure i have not done anything that makes mql5 restrict my user account)

i tried some points as mentioned in above links:

entered into Community folder, removed  mql4.market.* and mql5.market.* files and restarted terminals, but still no use...


basically..i have logged in with my mql5.com account id into mt4 and mt5 terminals....in Market , it shows purchased products, some products are "Purchased but not installed ", when i click on Install..it  says installation is failed...

happening in both mt4 and mt5 terminals..with same mql5 account

There are a lot of possible reasons why your Metatrader can not download the Market product, for example - you are using old build of Metatraderm or old version of Windows, or you do not have Internet Explorer installed on computer, or you are using external VPS provider, correctness of time and time zone on the computer,
and so on.
Example, if installation is failed with error 403 (and it is written in Metatrader journal) so you can select the reasons on the summary post  

So, you should find the reasons by yourself (because you only know all the technical particularities related to your computer, your OS and so on).

My ip was blocked because of multiple entries on the site mql5.com. My cat put his ass on keyboard on my notebook...

thank for your response,

yes, i am getting 403 error code in the Journal tab...and when i go thorugh your link provided above about 403 error..i can see some messages like Zomro VPS provider is banned...which is the exact VPS i am using

that could be the reason...

i will try to change my vps to some other provider and try to install mt4 again and then try to download the products...hope it solves the issue, will keep you updated.

When you are chanching your VPS so ask for free peiod on new VPS (some VPS providers are proposing free hours or free days for the possible clients to decide about).

403 is no internet access from Metatrader to the Market, and it may be one of the following reason:

error 403 means: no internet access.
It may be the following -

1. You did not set your Metatrader in correct way (you should fill Community tab in Metatrader with your forum login and not an email; you should have Internet Explorer the latest version installed on your computer, and in case of MT5 - you should have Windows 64 bit, and more).

2. Your antivirus or firewall is blocking the access to the Market tab and to other services (switch antivirus/firewall off, and find the other antivirus which will not block your access to the Market tab internet).

3. You are using VPS which was blocked by the service (look at the post #19). Yes, some external VPS providers were blocked from the Market by MQ. You may write to the service desk, and if it is confirmed (if your VPS provider was banned from the service) so you can change VPS company provider for example.

4. Your IP was blocked; it may be fake ban because your IP became to be the same with IP of spammer; decision: switch your router with computer to be off and restart them once again - your Ip will be changed in case you are on dynamic IP.


You should find the reason about why it is happened.
