Can’t log in to my mql5 account

 

Hello,

I enabled "Authorization from unexpected IP address" for more security by two factor authentication,

but now, I have not gotten password on my mobile app and lost my access to my profile.

I had to make new profile just for asking some help!

How can I fixed it ?!

 
Write to the service desk askuing them to disable two factor authentication for your profile (I think - it is different profile, and not the one you are writing from).

Thank you. I had to creat new account for this forum and ask from service desk, but "Service desk" is no enabled on this new profile!?
