My intentions is too be able to copy all my trades on another broker. To make this work what exactly do I need to do step by step? 

Also does my metratrader have to be open for the trades to be copied into the account this is in the subscriber account

Search the CodeBase or the Market for "Trade Copier" or "Trade Copy" or similar keywords.

Yes you will need to keep MetaTrader running, either on your PC or on a VPS, or use MQL5's VPS application service.
