what if i just start trading fromm 100$. which signal i should regester to get maximum profit

from my experience I think 100 is too small an account.
I believe that in the medium to long term, you would be burned.
This is just my personal opinion.
trading with $ 100, also using 0:01 lots,in order to keep an acceptable drawdown (<30%)
you should find a signal that place orders with maximum stop loss of 30 pips and not placing more than 1 or 2 positions simultaneously.
Maybe you can find it, i don't know.

I would advice not to copy someone with less than $500.
Even if you would trade entirely by yourself, you would expose yourself at too much risk.
Your account needs breathing space and must be able to handle a certain amount of risk and drawdown.
So please reconsider before you subscribe to any signal.

Yes you will be expose to big Drawdown. But everything is possible!
