Man, what is this question? Make sure you have your trading account at a decent and reputable broker, and you won't have to worry... at least not to the extend of being concerned about getting your EA robbed by them.
As I see, I am a programmer, as the programmer can see your code any time, the server you uploaded your file(s) to is a 24 hrs service to hold your file(s) instead of your PC, so they can fully do what they wish. BUT no one will do such elligal action because the law will not protecting them and they have no time to play millions of users files.
So, deal with trusted partners.
