to publish signals or any product you need to verify first your identity.

If you did already then contact service desk.

If you did it you don't have that issue. So probably is a technical problem and i suggest to you to contact service desk to solve it. 
 

I can see that you are not verified as a seller... You should do that in order to publish real signals...

but i think both are available .. coz i can see that real account and demo can publish their signals!

I also have the same problem. When I visit my seller page, it's there and "Published" .. but when I go to my signals page I don't find it neither under public tab nor private tab, although it's there under all signals tab.

I think it's a minor problem, but when will service desk reply?
