But your MQL5 VPS subscription is for Metatrader 4 (according to your screenshot with "turn to red").

Ok, nothing works. I cancelled my subscription for this signal. Another question… do I need to pay one vpn for each copy of a trader (15$ for each copy) ?

MQL5 VPS is one subscription per trading account, yes.
