Slippage on ECN and STP

I have traded (3~4pips scalping) with an ECN and STP account respectively in a same broker several days

 and had slippage many times with ECN on normal condition but rarely experiened slippage with STP.

That is normal?   Since it takes longer time to unite orders with ECN than with STP??

Please give me an opinion.

I have come to believe that there is not one single broker that is best for slippage.  There are so many extra factors that must be taken into account.  Those conditions are uncontrollable.  If the servers are overloaded, lots of buys or sells, slow connections and heavy traffic...... So you might get great trades this week but next week you might not be so lucky.  If anyone has a good solution it would be nice to hear.  As for me, I can only go with the one that is working for me right now.  But that all could change.
