Created a robot without indicators, just according to the algorithm. So far, it's working fine. The question is why do we need them, and are we being tricked into using them?

Indicators are like instruments in a vehicle, you don't need them when it's a primitive vehicle or an advanced driverless vehicle.

Even in robot constructor mql5, all the templates are customized for turkeys and their signals. But indices may not signal anything, they are only a mirror of the chart. The conclusion is that we should only write the algorithm according to the price

MQL bot is only needed for executing orders, and the algorithm has to be written in separate modules and programs, because serious mathematics requires a lot of resources, MQL can handle it, provided you have a couple of tools in operation.
