If you take a template from another terminal, which has these indicators, then on this terminal (*let's call it - Conflict MT4) the template with indicators is clearly displayed and works, but in the list of these indicators in the terminal is still not there (although in fact they are there)

From the screenshot you can see that some ofthe Custom Indicators are there and some are there, but they are not active
I'm going to try it. If that doesn't help, then I'm screwed.
If the indicators work in other terminals, there is probably something wrong with that terminal and you should either reinstall it or install the indicators in another terminal, preferably a clean one.
