All history is loaded only this year is very... good)
If the Expert Advisor is good for the whole year, what's wrong with it?
Do you mean that in other years it leaks?
There are plenty of reasons:
1. The quotes may be broken. We run the test (not optimization) on all ticks and look for errors of misalignment. If there are errors, then the quotes are broken.
2. Default settings are used, and you need to optimise for specific server quotes, because each server has its own quotes.
And so on and so forth.
If an advisor makes good money all year long, what's wrong with that?
Do you mean that in other years it is losing money?
There are a lot of reasons for that:
1. The quotes may be broken.
The default settings are used, and the server needs to be optimized for specific quotes, because each server has its own quotes.
The rest of the reasons are different, etc.
If you do not know why I do it and do not want to trade robots with optimized Expert Advisors, you may use them as a guide when testing the trading robots but you may not know if you are satisfied with the result.)
Do you have any tests on the demo?
Yes right there may be many reasons) Well, the point of trading with a constantly optimised EA and parameter selection is more of a fit)
