I don't know about mobile terminal, but in a regular terminal you have to enter not only login and password, but also server address (in settings) (maybe it's primitive????)

I do not know. I have tried to change the server address, login and password at another brokerage company, but it did not work.

I have my account on my PC and laptop and no problems.
I HAVE BEEN TRADING ON ONE MACHINE AND ON THE OTHER.
