Tatnik, what do you think of the Dow Jones index, I've been buying in from 11300 target 11700 - 11800. WILL THERE BE A PULLBACK?
If last week's panic stops despite the downgrade, the index will try to close above 12000 by August 20. At least that is where it will aim for.

By the way, nothing surprising in my opinion. Panic in stock markets, people go into cash and demand for USD goes up, I think gold will take a good gap up on Monday. Last week people were buying American bonds, they even bought them at a premium in order to keep their capital in a less safe haven. Not in Euros and not in Greek bonds). So, S&P can wipe themselves with their rating, there is no alternative to the US currency and bonds so far.

Comments: (I do not know clever words, but I will write them in my own words) At the beginning of the week everyone is waiting for the downgrade - the quid will go up (what they do! Everybody will take a train to Moscow, but it is a train to the dachas - the final "Kalancha"), somewhere near 1.4150 a U-turn will occur (the level is approximate +-30 -50 points), the downgrade will work out to 1.4530 At the level of 4530 will come the realization that we are in the collective farm (EU=Soviet Union) and any moment we may be left without money - with labours, and the euro is faltering - the fall of 3750. Happy trading! (Allied currencies are the same whistle)
