Not always, many times I have seen EURJPY going in different directions with Eurobucks. Or one stands and the other rallies)

These are the moments I will never understand. Everybody seems to want the same thing, to close the gap, but who or what makes the price behave that way, without reaching a few points?)

And it will close anyway, when many of them will jump...?
