If you follow the link right below your post: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/7779 you will see that others had that problem too and it was there protection software - check that.
If so switch it off or tell it that it is harmless or send it to them as false positive.

Hi There,
I have issue with MT5 when running it's show
"The procedure entry point ÿâlyline could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\MetaTrader5\terminal64.exe"
Could you please help suggest on how to solve.
