Dependencies are there, they are being studied, and tests are going to be conducted as soon as the EA is available.


I don't mean trading tests... but visual tests on history...
as I understand an indicator is built from a window (it is sliding of course)
(roughly 1 and 2 are white)
roughly build a regression (red bars) - then predict the series - pivot (red bars)
- we get a corridor with an approximate target...
so if the logic of the indicator (if I understand it correctly)
in the first case everything went well, but what about the second ?
price went in a completely different direction ...
so again we come to when to make a prediction ... and which sample
(window) to use ...
how is this problem solved ?
multityframes won't help...
the markup is crude - but the essence of the issue is clear...
