I don't think speed has anything to do with it, try a free proxy

SZS: In the summer at sea, my terminal worked fine through MTS

but first you need to check that the proxy server is working, I usually check through Opera - settings - F12 tick enable proxy servers

Maybe just open a new account? Many accounts have a limited time limit. Or restore the account at the DC support service, if real.
