Согласен что постановщик задач нужен в больших проэктах, и по опыту знаю что это обычно математик,

который одновременно являеться и руководителем или вдохновителем проэкта.

зы кстати смысл в постановщике также есть когда над проэктом работает несколько програмистов.

Не там ищете посреднические работы, на вашем месте в вашем городе нашел бы предприятие крупное, нашел бы там зав хоза по хозяйственной части поговорил бы с ним, что давай я буду поставлять мыло порошки будем крутить по без налу я тебе буду откидывать и я в обиде не останусь, и открыл бы на свое имя индивидуальное предпринимательство с расчетным счетом, и делал бы услуги по доставке или еще чего всякой мелочи, потом бы втерся бы в доверие директору и открыл бы еще ремонтные услуги всяких там помещений, не обязательно их там ремонтировать да я этого и не делал никогда, я просто деньги гонял туда сюда))) Дальше больше, потом стал уже пихать их продукцию этого предприятия, эх молодежь займитесь делом сдалось вам это программирование пусть занимаются этим те которым хочется этим заниматься нервы свои тратить, да и не та эта ниша где можно поиметь что то, они сами перебиваются от клиента к клиенту их целая армия сидит здесь а толку зайди к кому нибудь из них домой явно там голые стены, и комп стоит вот и все богатство обыденного программиста)))
