All those who work a lot at the computer or who need their eyesight restored! - page 5

drknn:
A case in point.
I have a friend. Once he used to sit in front of a computer quite a lot and after a while he put on glasses. I was surprised that his eyesight went down. Then, one day, he asked me to go for a ride in his car to help him with his work, and I drove with him most of the summer. We were delivering groceries to various places and he had to spend about 12 to 15 hours a day behind the wheel. He spent the whole summer driving without glasses. Then, when the summer holiday season ended and his deliveries stopped, he shared his surprise with me - imagine, he said, I have one vision. He went to the ophthalmologist and had a check-up - one!
And then I remembered that I had once read something like this. People who live in villages - few people wear glasses, unlike city dwellers. Why is this the case? City dwellers look at close objects all the time. Those who live in the villages constantly switch their gaze from distant objects to near and back again. As a result, the lens of a city dweller's eye becomes fixed while the lens of a country dweller's eye remains mobile. That's what happened to my friend - three months of forced "shooting the eye" back and forth between near and far returned his lens to its former mobility.
The stereo pictures in question most likely cause the crystalline lens to change its focus. After all, this type of gaze is almost the same as looking into the distance.
So, I think the topicstarter is right, and very right - he makes his eyes exercise, while getting aesthetic pleasure from the stereo image watched :)

I agree... all true...

1.change focus by going out for a smoke between pips )))) (look out the window at distant objects)

2...look at the morning sun (don't overdo it)... change of light

3.see laterally to the objects around us and stereo images (although I do not really succeed, but then the individual probably have important features).

Good luck, health to all of us and profits.....

Another useful stress-relieving complex:

Drivers develop farsightedness over the years and programmers myopia as a result of the professional focus of vision. Prophylaxis is self-evident. Fresh wild blueberries give the best result in improving eyesight. There are no side effects even in case of huge overdose :))). The result is a significant improvement in vision. It has been tested on myself. After the use of a glass of blueberries the next day, freely read the newspaper without glasses, and the age I have already pre-pensioning:))).

Yes, the nature should get out, shooting again, very positively, if you do not overdo it, snipers have their own problems with the eyes, and so I advise all varminting, bench racing, distractions, nerves calm, and eye training.

A test picture for our brains and visual perception.
If the "girls" you see spinning clockwise, you have more right-brain development, if counter-clockwise, then
left-brain development.

If you are able to make them go round both left and right when you feel like it, you have an advanced IQ.

The left brain's areas of expertise are
processing verbal information:

The left hemisphere of the brain is responsible for your language skills.

It controls speech as well as reading and writing skills.

It also remembers facts, names, dates and their spelling.
Analytical thinking: The left hemisphere is responsible for logic and analysis. It is the one that analyses all facts.
Literal understanding of words: The left hemisphere is only able to understand the literal meaning of words.
Sequential thinking: Information is processed by the left hemisphere in sequential steps.
Mathematical ability: Numbers and symbols are also recognised by the left hemisphere.

Thelogical analytical approaches which are needed to solve mathematical problems are also a product of the left hemisphere.
Control of movements of the right side of the body.Raising your right hand indicates that the command to raise it came from the left brain.

Right brain specialisation:
Nonverbal information processing: The right brain is specialised in processing information which is not expressed in words but in symbols and images.
Parallel information processing: Unlike the left brain which only processes information in a clear sequence, the right brain can process many different information simultaneously.

It is able to look at the problem as a whole without applying analysis. Theright hemisphere also recognises faces, and thanks to it we can perceive a set of features as a whole.
Spatial orientation: The right hemisphere is responsible for the perception of location and spatial orientation in general.

It is with the right brain that we can orientate ourselves and put together puzzle pictures.
Musicality: Musicality as well as the ability to perceive music is dependent on the right hemisphere, although in fact, the left hemisphere is responsible for music education.
Metaphors: We can use the right hemisphere to understand metaphors and the workings of other people's imaginations.

It allows us to understand not only the literal meaning of what we hear or read.

For example, if someone says, "He's hanging on my tail," it is the right hemisphere that will understand exactly what that person meant.
Imagination: The right hemisphere gives us the ability to dream and fantasize.

With the help of the right hemisphere we can compose different stories.

As a matter of fact, the question "What if..." is also asked by the right hemisphere.

Artistic ability: The right hemisphere is responsible for fine art abilities.
Emotions: Although emotions are not a product of right hemisphere functioning, it is more closely related to them than the left.
Sex: The right hemisphere is responsible for sex, unless of course you are too concerned with the technique of the process itself.
Mysticism: The right hemisphere is responsible for mysticism and religiosity.
Dreams: The right hemisphere is also responsible for dreams.
Controls left-body movements: When you raise your left arm, it means that the command to raise it came from the right hemisphere.

with respect to stereo pictures, you can consider this effect...

Try to think of the picture as a "stereo pair". and the next exercise will be this... the left figure spins one way and the centre and the right figure spins the other. then vice versa: the right figure spins one way and the centre and the left figure spins the other. IQ will not change from this exercise, but it will be very useful to train your eyes. :)

DDFedor:

If you can make them twist left and right when you want them to, you have a high IQ.

twist to one side, then blink slowly and when you open your eyes, look at your elevated leg and move your gaze to your shoulders

Blink slowly again and look just the opposite, open your eyes and look at your shoulders and move your gaze to your feet.

ZS: Where did you get such a scary girl? )))

Gg :) made it spin in different directions. Funny :)

IgorM:

where did you get such an ugly girl? )))

there was no choice, i took what i had. the point is important here, the shape is secondary :)

DDFedor:

In the case of stereo pictures, you might consider this effect...

Thank you. About half a year ago, similar girls were walking around the forum, or rather one, the black one. So there is no way I could not make it rotate in the other (I do not remember which) side. But now that there are two of them (red and ugly:) then switching from one to the other direction of rotation is easy.
