Yes according to the logic of the reversal we should break through resistance and then go back to it or lower. And this should go quite easily.

11 March. /Dow Jones/. Intraday support for the euro/U.S. dollar pair is around 1.3540-30 and resistance is at 1.3685, Barclays Capital said. A break above the resistance level would open the pair to the high of the wider 1.3840 range, while a support break would open the pair to the low of the wider 1.3435-05 range. The pair is currently trading at 1.3660.
 
Look at all the dollar pairs lying dead on support. A little bit of a drop in the dollar.
