I have a favour to Reshetov, could you please update Currency_Loader 2.5, it needs to prescribe values for Zig-Zag and Fractal indicators. I would like to experiment. If you do not mind.

No need to predict prices, a lot of noise moreover m 1. It is enough to predict the Zig-Zag with parameters 5,5,3. and everything will be very good . Zig outlines the fractality of the market avoiding noise, linear regression can easily handle it.

Hello.

Here's another way to analyse quotes using Deductor Academic.

I can't fully automate it because of the limitations of the free version, but I'm still pretty good at manually updating files in the Deductor

Every 1 or 4 hours.


In the attached archive:

scripts s_forDED_MA.mq4 - generates a sample of quotes and s_GraphFiles.mq4 - draws the forecast lines on the chart

unzip the contents of the files folder to D:\Terminal_MT4\experts\files, put the templates to D:\Terminal_MT4\templates

The deductor file Example_MA_H1.ded is located in the terminal folder D:\Terminal_MT4\experts\files

(You can change the path to the files later in the deductor project)

Keep experimenting with the program, fine-tune the scripts, etc...

From personal experience the LINEAR REGRESSION handler is enough for good prediction,

In general I use Deductor for 2% of its abilities at the most.

I tried to scientifically determine the retrospective for linear regression and found the optimal value (2100 - 2400 bars of history) with the same value for any timeframe.

The prediction depth is approx. 5% or less of the sliding window size (as the forecast of the 2nd and subsequent up to the last right bar is calculated from 95-99% of the real values and 1-5% of the forecast values)

I think it depends on the calculation algorithm used and is picked up experimentally....
