It's easier to rent a regular dedicated server for windows and do whatever you want there, you're on your own. Many hosting companies also offer services for renting servers. Prices in the area of 1000-2000 per month. I am now on a dedicated server running 4 terminals and do not know the grief.

And when you log in, it's no better. Each click is processed for 10-20 seconds. Is it supposed to be like this?

I don't quite understand the question. I have ADSL internet. Speed is normal all the time.

I have a feeling that VPS is not getting enough CPU time, as if there are a lot of processes running. The MT4 log shows a lot of momentary ping failed

 
gorby777 i will tell you clearly vps crap:) there on one server can be several vps and if one of them took a lot of resources then the other will vps will slow down,
