The dude captures the essence, I've heard French, Japanese, German, Hindu in real life - very similar, so Russian is the rule rather than the exception.

Some accents are barely understood at all, even the British ones. The upper society accent is understandable, but very funny.

French, German, Russian, American Southern were nice. Yeah, that's about right.
