Yes, you have found the problem. I filled all values as valid, except I didn't fill in SMTP login or password as I don't need to. In MT4 this is OK, but in MT5 it expects everything. If you are on the broadband line that your ISP expects you to be on according to the line CLI, then you shouldn't fill in the username and password. I suggest therefore that the form be modified to allow you to save a partially filled in form. It looks like you fill controls with invalid values. Please, fill all fields with valid values, then click "Test".
Control with invalid value will get a focus.
If all strings valid, you will see message box.The same applies to the Publish Tab.

I fill in the Email details in Tools>Options. I click Test and nothing happens. I click OK, and the form closes. When I open it up, it hasn't remembered anything.
