Alex, you seem to have problems finding programmers because you want to be an employer rather than a client (as Yurixx'a rightly observes). Do you want an idea? Take a student. If he knows C, in a month (and probably faster) he will know MQL. The basic notions of markets will be grasped in the same time. The real experience, of course, will not come quickly, but you will be there.
Moreover, as I understand it, you have the experience of recruiting students.

I can suggest that you've never been involved in recruitment and training.
Probably do not know that to pick up a qualified specialist in any field, it is not so easy!

I don't have the time, energy or desire to train someone from scratch.
I think it would be easier to find someone with experience.

Alex, thanks, that's quite enough. If you get a chance, and more importantly a desire to show your pound chart, can you send it to sarkeev.e.a@mail.ru. I'd be more than happy to look at it or them. I still haven't seen any normal, real, live models in Neely and Pretcher's books. I myself draw them normally (without calculations though) but all conditions are satisfied (not all and not always of course), and again in a retro way.
