- Why the tax office has arranged an inspection now - I can't answer that question, but the idea that it is somehow connected to an international criminal scheme is, in my opinion, out of hand. Yes, there is a long-standing dispute between WebMoney, the NBU and the tax authorities. This dispute is on the legal and legal plane. The point is that the NBU requires e-money systems to be registered with the National Bank, but the NBU is not registering them now. That is, it has temporarily suspended registration, and that "temporarily" lasts for 3.5 years. Before the NBU's "temporary" suspension, only three e-money systems had been registered, one of which is essentially a discount system. Thus, only two systems exist legally in Ukraine today.
I do not understand, why can not you just exchange your WebMoney to another currency at any online exchanger? The wallets work. Or hryvnya WM nowhere else, nowhere else, no one, no one accepts?
exchange at the rate of 10 to 1 ? no thanks :-)
Hryvnia exchangers do not work with hryvnia. Withdrawal of hryvnia in any context is impossible.

No need to blather on. There's a normal course on the Exchanger.

After the "attack" on Webmoney, authorities will look into the Forex market
... said the first deputy head of the NBU, Boris Prikhodko.
"There are tens of millions of dollars there, which are withdrawn by not quite official schemes with the help of brokers and work for the economy of other states...
We are working very actively on it and by the end of the year you will see active actions of the National Bank in this direction," he said.
In Russian it sounds like this: there is a lot of money, and specific potssanyas are not involved.
:-)
Already exchanged at 8.69
Put in Alpari as a safety precaution :-)
Bummer:
Just on Tuesday - I exchanged quid for hryvnia, at a rate of 7.89
Now I had to go back at the rate of 8.69
Karoche lost 100 quid in the end, but better a bird in the hand than the crane in the sky. For it is forbidden to pay with hryvnia - you never know what they will decide and will not be able to use it at all.
