Service Desk not working - can't cancel signal-auto-renewal
Hi! I have a Problem! I have I had to cancel a Signal, for which I deposited money for a renewal of 6 months...I cancelled the signal today, but I can't get the money unlocked or back...when I try to submit a request, it doesn't appear in the service-desk...what to do now?
