Discussion of article "The Fundamentals of Testing in MetaTrader 5" - page 5

Renat Fatkhullin:
- more cores in the processor, but do not load all cores in the optimiser, leave a couple of cores at least

Why not include this in the standard configuration of the Optimiser?

A lot of people would not have freezes, less complaints.

Renat Fatkhullin:
It's simple:
- more cores on the processor, but don't load all cores in the optimiser, leave a couple of cores minimum
- higher CPU frequency
- maximum memory to hold the system caches of the terminal and the tester
- SSD, preferably NVMe

Thanks

Thank you

Colleagues, I can't understand how I can quickly optimise on MT5 without taking into account those passes that had open positions at the time of completion. In this case, the tester closes such positions and the total balance becomes equal to the funds (the loss is fixed), and the strategy implies closing positions when profit appears.
