I bought EA from Market but It doesnt work

Hello, I bought an EA from Market here in this web, but the robot doesnt work. Zero trades opened in despite of in the backtest these new trades are done. Is there any way to have my money back? or at least, someone from this place to check te ea too?... the author doesnt give any support.
 
Do you see any "attemp" to open trades in "Journal" and / or "Experts" tabs?

Any new software inevitably contains bugs that are not always possible to detect even under the most rigorous in-house testing...

Is the EA running on the chart?

Does the EA produces something in the Expert log?

Is there anything in the Journal, like EA started?

What do you see in the top right corner of the chart where the EA is running?

Trading is allowed a) Ctrl+E and b) on the options (1st tab) when you start the EA?
