Besides, as I see - autotrading is OFF for your EA/robot (the robot does not have happy face on the chat).

Check in MT4 >> View >> Symbols to see if these are indeed the correct symbols for your trading account, contact your broker if necessary.

Dear user, it looks like automatic trading might not be activated in your Metatrader. I suggest closing the platform, downloading the latest version from your broker's website, reactivating the EA on your account, and ensuring auto trading is enabled. This should usually resolve the issue.
