My newly purchases EA encounter global initialization failed error.

I had encounter error message of the new EA that I purchased and successfully installed in my MT4 platform. Anyone please help.

error message : YOLO Diamond hands XAUUSD,M15: global initialization failed

I am the seller , but I had never seen this issue before . 

I helped another users to install and no problem also . 

And would this a bug to build 1345 MT4 ? Just want to know how to fix it .

Also , I have read this article , This issue seems like a bug to build 1345 . Can admin help to solve this problem ?

i dont know but someone told me about this problem, but after they restarted the vps and terminal, the error was gone
