Same problem.Thats because no good configutration of Google services. I cut all Google and MQID null. Using Iphone - no problem)))

I have the same problem. I don't have a Metaquotes ID. I get ID Null , Not registered. I already uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but I can't find a solution. Please if anyone can give me a solution. It can't be that it doesn't have Metaquotes ID. Thank you in advance

Hello, I accidentally deleted my ID number registered in Metatrader 5 on my mobile phone. Now, in order to receive notifications on my mobile phone via PC app, it says NULL (not registered) in the Metaquotes section. What should I do to solve the problem?

Unable to find metaquotes id on my android phone

Get message metaquotes id null . Not registered

I managed to momentarily solve the problem, mine was the same way, only null appeared in place of the id code, so I downloaded MT4 and it was normal, so I copied the code, went to MT5 on the PC and changed the code, so now the notification arrives via MT4 even though I'm using MT5. If I want to know how the chart is via MT5, just leave both logged in with the same account.

MetaQuotes ID in MetaTrader Mobile Terminal

MetaQuotes, 2012.08.24 11:46

Android and iOS powered devices offer us many features we do not even know about. One of these features is push notifications allowing us to receive personal messages, regardless of our phone number or mobile network operator. MetaTrader mobile terminal already can receive such messages right from your trading robot. You should only know MetaQuotes ID of your device. More than 9 000 000 mobile terminals have already received it.
Therefore, reinstalling the Mobile app should solve the issue.

Under normal conditions, the terminal receives mqid on first launch or tries to receive it on subsequent launches. In networks with DPI/filtering, where network connections were not established in the first seconds after the application was launched, mqid could not be received and become 'null'. In the latest Mt5/Mt4/Channels for Android builds, this issue has been resolved.
