Unable to create VPS of Mql5

During VPS payment by Paypal I received this message.  I upgraded the browser as instructed but it didn't work.  Guide me how to fix it with .  Thank you

Transfer/deposit funds to your mql5 forum profile
and after that - pay directly from your forum profile for MQL5 VPS.
