Check your Symbol Infos and see the quote and trading session times.
Most brokers offer crypto CFDs which are not traded on weekends.
That's why you can trade the CME gap on cryptos almost every Monday.

Check if are you loged on broker server.
I have same problem with my broker demo account.
Broker's servers for demo accounts are down in my broker.
White - black is not loged.
White - green is loged.
