There isn't withdraw option in MT4
If you are about the trading account so ask your broker about how to withdraw (broker is the company where you have sent your money to; MetaQuotes company is not a broker).
Because this forum and this mql5 internet portal have nothing to do with any brokers, any trading accounts and any money for trading (this mql5 forum is related to Metatrader as a software). And if it is about your trading account - ask the broker's support to help you.

Find Metatrader broker (there are a lot of Metatrader brokers, use google to find), and open the account according to their condition on their websites.
