I signed up for a signal and it is not taking trades.

I signed up for <Deleted> signal and it is not taking trades, so helpdesk sent me here to post my issue. I contacted signal provider and he recommended I sign up for his <Deleted> signal directly through his broker <Deleted> to attach to their pamm. I found info that his broker does fraud: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/355847 I would like a refund for the signal I signed up for yesterday.

• broker's issue related to specifications of the symbols and so on (your mistake to select the broker for this signal);
• mapping as standard feature for the Signal service;
• your mistake in the settings, or any).
