not receiveng all trades from subscribed account

Hello I am not receiving all signals from subsribed signal accoount like BTC trades, oil, what can be the problem? Thank you, Peter

You can check Metatrader journal/logs (or MQL5 VPS journal) about why some trades are not copied.

It may be because of the mapping (the mapping is the standard feature in the Signal service).
