I have just signed up to an automated signal provider but I cant see how to link my account with the provider. No windows popped up as it did in the tutorial video.

Besides, check Metatrader journal (or MQL5 VPS journal if you are using MQL5 VPS) for possible error to be written there.


 
Using MT5. The window never opened after step 7. It closed after taking payment. Now I can't find anywhere to configure anything.
 
If you really paid for your subscription (if you can find it here https://www.mql5.com/en/signals/subscriptions ) so - go to the subscription procedure once again check your subscription setting.
And so not fotget to fill Community tab of Metatrader with your forum login and forum password (your forum login is anudo10; do not use your email for login).

Because you didn't follow the instructions exactly and you paid through the MQL5.com website.

Go to MT5 >> Options >> Signals and continue your setup from step 7 onwards.

This is your local terminal journal, when you use MQL5 VPS you should only check the MQL5 VPS (right click in the Navigator window) >> Journals.
