You can look at Metatrader journal (or at MQL5 VPS journal in case you are using MQL5 VPS).
Because it may be written there something related to the trades.
For examle, if you find "... no symbol found" in the journal so it is related to the mapping.

"... no symbol found" is mapping.It is the standard feature in this Signal service (described on the first post of Frequently Asked Questions about the Signals service thread).

You can look at VPS journal to check about what it written there.Most probably - it is related to the mapping (your broker and the signal provider's broker is different by symbols for mapping).
I have subscribed the signal last week, and have my first pair trade completed, but it is not able to start the second trade, while I see the last trade has happened 1 hour ago, is there anything wrong? does anybody have the same problem?
Check that you still have a signal enabled message in your MQL5 VPS Journal and that you've done everything as described in the instructions below:
